User Registration and Use of APP Privacy Agreement

We hereby remind you (the user) to carefully read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") before registering as a user to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this agreement. Your registration, login, use and other behaviors will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between Shenzhen Bomwan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bomwan Technology") and the user regarding the "game" software service (hereinafter referred to as "service"). "User" refers to the individual who registers, logs in and uses this service. This agreement can be updated by Bomwan Technology at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can consult the latest version of the agreement terms in this APP. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the service provided by the game. If the user continues to use the service, it will be deemed as accepting the modified agreement.

1、 Account registration

(1) Users need to register an account of "Bomwan Technology" before using this service. The account of "Bomwan Technology" shall be registered by binding the mobile phone number. Users shall register the account of "Bomwan Technology" with the mobile phone number that has not been bound to the account of "Bomwan Technology" and the mobile phone number that has not been banned by the service according to this agreement. The service can change the way of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without notifying users in advance.

(2) "Bomwan Technology" is an APP product based on "game". When registering, users should authorize Bomwan Technology and use their personal information to successfully register the "Bomwan Technology" account. Therefore, when the user completes the registration, it means that the user agrees to the service to extract, disclose and use the user's information.

(3) In view of the binding registration method of "Bomwan Technology" account, you agree that the service will allow your mobile phone number, mobile device ID and other information to be used for registration.

(4) When users register and use this service, Bomwan Technology needs to collect personal information that can identify users so that the service can contact users when necessary, or provide users with a better use experience. The information collected by Topgene Technology includes but is not limited to the user's name and address; Bomwan Technology agrees that the use of such information will be subject to Article 3: Protection of users' personal privacy information.

2、 Protection of users' personal privacy information

(1) If Bomwan Technology finds or receives reports or complaints from others that users violate the agreement, Bomwan Technology has the right to review and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user data and posting records at any time without notice, and impose penalties, including but not limited to warnings, account bans, equipment bans, and function bans, on account violations depending on the seriousness of the case, and notify users of the handling results.

(2) Users who are banned due to violation of the user agreement can contact Bomwan Technology by themselves. Among them, users who have been banned by the function will automatically restore the banned function after the expiration of the ban period. Blocked users can submit a complaint, and Bomwan Technology will review the complaint and decide whether to change the punishment measures at its own reasonable discretion.

(3) The user understands and agrees that Bomwan Technology has the right to punish any user who violates relevant laws and regulations or this Agreement in accordance with reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and save relevant information to report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations. The user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

3、 User published content specification

(1) The content mentioned in this article refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published and disseminated by the user in the process of using the service, including but not limited to the registration information and authentication materials such as account avatar, name, user description, or text, voice, picture, video, image and text sending, replying or automatic replying messages and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or the service.

(2) Users shall not use the "Bomwan Technology" account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the content prohibited by the following laws, regulations and policies:

(2.1) Opposing the basic principles set forth in the Constitution;

(2.2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;

(2.3) Harming the honor and interests of the state;

(2.4) Inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;

(2.5) Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote heresy and feudal superstition;

(2.6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

(2.7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;

(2.8) Insult or slander others and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;

(2.9) Information containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

4、 Use Rules

(1) Any content transmitted or published by the user in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor should it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of Bomwan Technology, and Bomwan Technology does not assume any responsibility for this.

(2)Users shall not use the "Bomwan Technology" account or this service to do the following:

(2.1) Submitting or publishing false information, or misappropriating others' avatars or materials, or posing as or using others' names;

(2.2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click on the link page or share information;

(2.3) Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(2.4) Establishing false accounts in batches by technical means;

(2.5) Engaging in any illegal or criminal activities by using the "Bomwan Technology" account or this service;

(2.6) Making and publishing methods and tools related to the above behaviors, or operating or disseminating such methods and tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;

(2.7) Other acts that violate laws and regulations, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "Bomwan Technology" or the service is not expressly authorized.

(3) The user must be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, effectiveness, etc. of the information transmitted by using the "Bomwan Technology" account or this service. Any legal liability related to the information transmitted by the user shall be borne by the user, and has nothing to do with Bomwan Technology. If any damage is caused to Bomwan Technology or a third party, the user shall compensate according to law.

(4) The services provided by Bomwan Technology may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by Bomwan Technology and third-party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, users shall be responsible for the transactions conducted according to the advertising information, and Topgene Technology shall not be responsible for the losses or damages suffered by users due to the transactions conducted according to the advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.

5、 Other

(1) Bomwan Technology solemnly reminds users of the clauses in this agreement that exempt Bomwan Technology from its responsibilities and restrict users' rights. Users are requested to read carefully and consider risks independently. The minor shall read this agreement with the legal guardian.

(2) The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement are applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute or controversy between the user and Bomwan Technology, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Bomwan Technology is located.

(3) Any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining provisions are still valid and binding on both parties.

(4) This agreement includes the following games: Mart Legend

The copyright of this Agreement is owned by Bomwan Technology, and Bomwan Technology reserves all rights to interpret this Agreement.
